Our Surf Lessons FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) covered most of the basic questions we get from our customers.
Do you have customer insurance?
No we don’t. Please check your travel insurance and be aware that surfing can be a dangerous sport. All responsibility will be taken by the participants and no liability or negligence legal action may be taken against BALI SURF CLASS or its employees for any injury, accident or unforeseen circumstance. Therefore, BALI SURF CLASS strongly recommends their participants to take full travel insurance against illness, injury, accident, death, loss/damage of personal/company items, theft, cancellation and other travel eventualities, when visiting Bali.
Make sure your Travel Insurance include ocean activities into regular travel packages. Please contact us for more information about terms and conditions.
Is transport included in the price?
No. We do not provide transportation services in any kind. Please come directly to our location on Kuta Beach, follow this google map.
Can we use a surfboard to practice after lesson?
Our customers get a one hour free board rental after a lesson. After that we charge US$10 an hour or US$30 a day.
Are the surf instructors qualified?
Yes. The entire team are experienced as surf instructors will make your learning experience enjoyable, also advance resuscitation and senior first aid.
Is equipment included in the price?
Yes. We provide you with a surfboard.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept in Cash in Location or Credit Card by online
Pickup Service
No. We do not provide pickup or transportation services in any kind. Please come directly to our location on Kuta Beach, follow this google map.
Changing Rooms
Kuta Beach have public toilet and shower facilities for our customers to use during their time with us (by donation)
