  • Do I need to know how to swim?
    Basic swimming ability is recommended for safety.
  • What should I bring?
    Just yourself! We provide the gear.
  • How long is each session?
    Most classes run 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • Is it safe for total beginners?
    Absolutely. Safety is always our #1 priority.
  • Do I need to book in advance?
    Yes, we recommend booking at least 1–2 days ahead. Spots fill up fast!
  • Can I book same day?
    Sometimes! Drop us a WhatsApp and we’ll check availability.
  • What if the waves or weather are bad?
    Safety first. We’ll reschedule you at no extra cost.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Yes, If certain conditions present danger to the participant or the service booked can not be provided due to force majors (e.g. epidemics, weather & oceanic conditions, storms, catastrophes, strikes, political unrest, war, terrorism, etc), BALI SURF CLASS has the right to cancel the lesson/trip with immediate effect. The service booked by the customer can be postponed or payments already made can be refunded.
